Yuvela Hong Kong Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
- We currently provide shipping services within Hong Kong only.
- Overseas delivery is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount.
- Orders over HK$500 qualify for free shipping.
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of HK$40 will apply.
- Additional surcharges (such as remote area fees, overdue locker pick-up fees, or fuel surcharges) will be borne by the customer according to SF Express regulations.
Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation. The total delivery time, including processing and shipping, is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- No shipments will be processed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email.
- During peak sales events, severe weather, or courier disruptions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Delivery Methods
- All orders are delivered by SF Express.
- Home delivery
- SF Express service points / stations (self-pickup)
- SF Lockers (self-pickup)
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the recipient’s name, phone number, and address are entered correctly. Any additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be borne by the customer.
- For SF Locker pick-up: parcels must be collected within 24 hours of notification. Otherwise, a service fee of HK$10 per day (“Locker Management Fee”) will be charged.
- For SF Express service point / station pick-up: parcels must be collected within 2 days of notification. Otherwise, a service fee of HK$10 per day will be charged.
- Once an order has been successfully paid, product details, additional items, or combined orders cannot be modified.
- If a customer refuses delivery after shipment, all related shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any refund.
