Yuvela Hong Kong Refund Policy
Refund Request
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Yuvela Hong Kong customer service within 7 days of receipt to request a refund.
- All refund requests must be submitted through the official Yuvela Hong Kong customer service center.
- Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
When submitting a refund request, please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Name and quantity of the defective/incorrect item(s)
- Reason for refund request
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (including shipping label and waybill number)
- Return address, contact phone number, and recipient’s name
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after receipt
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products returned without prior customer service approval
- Products specifically marked as “non-refundable” on our website
Refund Information
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
- Refunds are based on the actual amount paid.
- For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Yuvela Hong Kong will cover both the initial shipping fee and the return shipping fee, and a full refund will be issued.
- If your order included free gifts, they must also be returned; otherwise, the retail value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.
- Once a product is refunded, any associated discount codes, coupons, or store credits will be void and cannot be reissued.
